Statutory Requirements: To consist of 7 members, appointed by the Minister, who shall be persons with knowledge or experience in the taxi industry or as consumers of taxi services. The Minister shall appoint one of the members of the Board to be the chairperson. The Board shall appoint one member to be the deputy chairperson.
Requirements: holds office for such term not exceeding 2 years as is specified in the instrument appointing the member and is eligible for reappointment
