A member of the Board shall hold office for such period not exceeding 3 years as may be specified in his instrument of appointment but shall be eligible for re-appointment. The members of the Board shall appoint one of the dentist members to be the President of the Board, who shall be ex officio chairman at all meetings of the Board |
