Statutory Requirements: |
The Board shall consist of 3 members appointed by the Governor of whom: (a) one shall be appointed as Chairman of the Board; (b) one shall be a person who is nominated in writing by the Law Society of Western Australia (Inc.) and who is willing to act as a member of the Board; and (c) one shall be a person who is nominated in writing by The Legal Practice Board established by the Legal Practice Act 2003 and who is so willing.
