Statutory Requirements: The Trust shall consist of 3 trustees appointed by the Governor of whom:(a) one shall be a practitioner nominated in writing by the Society; (b) one shall be a practitioner nominated in writing by the Board; and (c) one shall be a person, not being a practitioner, nominated in writing by the Minister. A trustee shall hold office during the pleasure of the person by whom or the body by which he was nominated and the Governor may, at the requirement of the nominator of a trustee, remove that trustee from office and appoint a duly nominated person to hold office in his stead.
