Statutory Requirements: |
The Board shall consist of 6 persons appointed by the Governor, of whom: (a) one shall be the chief executive officer 2 or a person who is nominated by the chief executive officer 2; (b) one shall be a medical practitioner nominated for appointment by the Minister; (c) one shall be a person nominated for appointment by the Council of the Curtin University of Technology 3 established under the Curtin University of Technology Act 1966 4; (d) 3 shall be persons nominated for appointment by the Minister from a panel of names submitted by the body known as The Western Australian Association of Occupational Therapists (Inc.).
The chairman of the Board shall be the person appointed as a member under section 7(1)(a). |
