Statutory Requirements: The Board shall be appointed by the Governor and shall consist of: a legally qualified medical practitioner employed within the department of the Public Service of the State principally assisting the Minister in the administration of this Act who is nominated by the Minister; a medical practitioner appointed by the Governor; 2 physiotherapists appointed by the Governor; and a person nominated by the Council of the Curtin University of Technology and approved by the Minister. The Board shall elect its own Chairman. SEE NEW BOARD FOR MEMBERSHIP
Requirements: Three members shall constitute a quorum.
