Statutory Requirements: The Board consists of 3 members: (a) a magistrate appointed by the Governor and who shall be Chairman; (b) a person appointed by the Commissioner; and (c) a member of the Police Force elected by the members of the Police Force in manner prescribed.
Requirements: Subject to the provisions of subsection (2), every member shall hold office until 30 June in the second year after the year in which he was appointed or elected and at the expiration of his term is eligible for reappointment.
