Statutory Requirements: |
constituted by: (a) a magistrate, to be appointed by the Governor, who shall be the chairman of the Appeal Tribunal; (b) one person to be appointed by the chief executive officer; and (c) one person to be elected by ballot from among their own members by the members of the union representing prison officers, the ballot to be conducted by the Electoral Commissioner, or some person acting under his authority.
