Statutory Requirements: |
The Trust shall consist of 5 members of whom: (a) one shall be a person appointed by the Governor on the written nomination of the Minister and the Senate, to hold office during the Governor's pleasure; (b) 2 shall be persons appointed by the Governor on the written nomination of the Minister, to hold office during the Governor's pleasure; and (c) 2 shall be persons appointed by the Senate, to hold office during its pleasure. The member appointed pursuant to subsection (3)(a) shall be the Chairman of the Trust and another member shall be appointed Vice Chairman thereof by the members from time to time.

Requirements: |
The Vice Chairman shall hold the office of Vice Chairman, subject to subsection (3), for a period of 2 years. |
