Statutory Requirements: |
For the purposes of this Act the Governor may from time to time constitute a committee to be known as the Wheat Products Prices Committee. The committee shall consist of a chairman and two other members, all appointed by the Governor.
Every appointment and every dismissal of the chairman or of a member of the committee shall be notified in the Government Gazette |

Requirements: |
The chairman and members of the committee shall hold office for such terms as are fixed by the instrument of their appointments. |
