Statutory Requirements: |
Board shall consist of 6 persons of whom:
(a) 3 shall be appointed by the Authority; and (b) 3, of whom not less than 2 are members of the Superannuation Fund, shall be elected by the members of the Superannuation Fund. The Authority may appoint not more than 3 persons to be alternate members. The members may elect not more than 3 persons to be alternate members of the Superannuation Board.

Requirements: |
an appointed member shall hold office for such period not exceeding 3 years as is specified in the instrument of his appointment and is eligible for reappointment; an elected member other than an alternate member shall hold office or a period ending 3 years after the occurrence of a vacancy |
